No Yeast Donuts

Recipe name: Sugar Donuts w/out Yeast  Preparation time: 1 hour  Cooking time: 2-3  minutes  per batch If you're the type of person who doesn't like the taste of yeast in your donuts, this donut recipe will be a good option for you. Ingredients: 4 cups all purpose flour 3/4 cup powdered sugar 4 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup milk powder  Water for buttermilk solution 1 tbsp white vinegar 2 eggs 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1 tbsp vanilla essence Procedure:   Preparation of liquid ingredients: To make an alternative for buttermilk, add milk powder in a 1 cup then volume up with water until it's full.   Chicken arroz caldo also called "kaning lugaw" in Tagalog or "rice porridge" in English.  It is a budget friendly meal where it is one of the basic meals served during the feeding programs for the poor and homeless people. It is also serve in evacuation centers at times of calamities and a perfect meal to serve for sick people. This is also serve when the  weather is cold especially during Ber months, this is good for people living in places with winter season.
