It is also serve in evacuation centers at times of calamities and a perfect meal to serve for sick people. This is also serve when the weather is cold especially during Ber months, this is good for people living in places with winter season. This recipe is also slightly the same as gotto but the difference is it's added with more rice and chicken and also it's not yellow in color. All people can cook it because it's very easy. When cooking rice porridge glutinous rice is always best to use as the main ingredient but in this recipe we will use cooked cold rice or "kaning lamig" in tagalog, this is to minimize leftovers and avoid wasting our foods.
