Recipe name: Sugar Donuts w/out Yeast  Preparation time: 1 hour  Cooking time: 2-3  minutes  per batch If you're the type of person who doesn't like the taste of yeast in your donuts, this donut recipe will be a good option for you. Ingredients: 4 cups all purpose flour 3/4 cup powdered sugar 4 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup milk powder  Water for buttermilk solution 1 tbsp white vinegar 2 eggs 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1 tbsp vanilla essence Procedure:   Preparation of liquid ingredients: To make an alternative for buttermilk, add milk powder in a 1 cup then volume up with water until it's full. Mix well the milk solution. Add white vinegar, mix and set aside. Wait for the vinegar and the milk solution to react. In a separate bowl, beat two eggs until smooth. Apple and Cucumber in a Jar

Enjoy the fresh flavor of fruits in a jar during the summer by making your own cucumber salad or pickels at home. Ingredients: 1 green or red apple 1 medium-size cucumber 1 tsp whole grains black pepper 3 tbsp sugar 1/2 tbsp salt(optional) 50 ml apple cider 2 tbsp raisins Jar (500ml capacity) Procedure: 1. Cut thinly sliced cucumber or medium size cubes. 2. Cut the apple in a rectangular medium size. For the brine mixture: 3. In a bowl, add 2.5 cups (300ml) water. 4. Vanilla Sponge Cake Ingredients 20g vegetable oil 16g milk( fresh milk or ordinary milk) 5g vanilla extract 120 g egg white 80g egg yolk 100g sugar 80g flour Pinch of Salt Butter Tools: Mixer Parchment paper  Medium height round pan Procedures:  For milk mixture: 1. Add twenty (20) grams vegetable oil plus sixteen (16) grams milk. 2. Add five (5) grams vanilla extract For egg mixture: 3. Wish one hundred twenty (120) grams egg white. 4. Add one hundred (100) grams sugar, wisk. 5. Add eighty (80) grams egg yolk, wisk. 6. Add  eighty (80) grams flour and pinch of salt. 7.  Wisk and mix well. 8. Mix the egg mixture and the milk mixture. 9. Grease the pan with butter and add parchment paper into it. 10. Put the mixture in the pan. 11. Cook for atleast  forty five (45) minutes in low fire. 12.Turn upside down and heat it for another 10 mins. 13. Remove parchment paper and slice. 14. Ready to serve

Recipe: Sauted String beans with squash Total cooking time:  15-20 minutes Total servings: 4-5 servings Ingredients: 1pc onions 2 pcs garlic 1/2 sachet magic sarap Pinch of salt 5 spoonful of soy sauce 1 full cup water 1/4 slice of big size squash 10 pcs of string beans Procedure: 1.
