Eating banana in the morning is a healthy way to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Since banana is very nutritious because it contains many vitamins and nutrients. And it's so easy to add them to your diet by incorporating them with your foods through baking. And baking bread with banana is the most common way to do it.
Ingredients:
4pcs banana
2 medium size eggs
Dry cranberries or raisins
Almond nuts ( optional)
6 tbsp melted butter
1cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder or vanilla extract
Tools needed:
Parchment paper
Aluminum Loaf container
Wire rack
Tall pan with cover
Procedure:
1. Mash four (4 ) pieces of banana.
2. Add two (2) medium size eggs, mix well.
3. Add six(6) tbsp melted butter, mix well.
4. Add one(1) cup brown sugar.
5. Add one and a half(1 1/2) cup of all purpose flour, mix well.
6. Add one (1) tsp of baking soda and a half (1/2) tsp cinnamon powder or a half (1/2) tsp vanilla extract or almond extract. Mixed well.
8. Add dry cranberries or raisins (optional), mix well.
7. Put parchment paper in the loaf container.
8.Use wire rack inside the pan.
8.Preheat the pan for ten(10 )minutes.
9. Transfer the banana mixture in the loaf
container.
10. Add almond nuts as toppings (optional)
11.Place it on top of wire rack and cover the pan.
12. Cook for thirty five (35) mins in medium heat.
13.Cool before removing the finished product in the loaf container.
14. Remove the parchment paper and slice.
15. Ready to serve.
