Recipe: Sauted String beans with squash
Total cooking time: 15-20 minutes
Total servings: 4-5 servings
Ingredients:
1pc onions
2 pcs garlic
1/2 sachet magic sarap
Pinch of salt
5 spoonful of soy sauce
1 full cup water
1/4 slice of big size squash
10 pcs of string beans
Procedure:
1. Use a tall pot, set fire into low fire.
2. Saute onions and garlic till golden brown.
3. Add pork langonisa, saute in 1 minute.
4. Add the string beans, cover the pot and cook for 3 mins.
5.Add the squash, cover and cooks for 3 mins.
6. Add soysauce, cover and cook for 1 min.
7. Add 1 full cup of water, add magic sarap, cover and cook for 5 mins.
8. Salt to taste.
