Recipe name: Sugar Donuts w/out Yeast  Preparation time: 1 hour  Cooking time: 2-3  minutes  per batch If you're the type of person who doesn't like the taste of yeast in your donuts, this donut recipe will be a good option for you. Vanilla Sponge Cake Ingredients 20g vegetable oil 16g milk( fresh milk or ordinary milk) 5g vanilla extract 120 g egg white 80g egg yolk 100g sugar 80g flour Pinch of Salt Butter Tools: Mixer Parchment paper  Medium height round pan Procedures:  For milk mixture: 1. Add twenty (20) grams vegetable oil plus sixteen (16) grams milk. 2. Add five (5) grams vanilla extract For egg mixture: 3. Wish one hundred twenty (120) grams egg white. 4. Add one hundred (100) grams sugar, wisk. 5. Add eighty (80) grams egg yolk, wisk. 6. Add  eighty (80) grams flour and pinch of salt. 7.  Wisk and mix well. 8. Mix the egg mixture and the milk mixture. 9. Grease the pan with butter and add parchment paper into it. 10. Put the mixture in the pan. 11.
