No Yeast Donuts

Recipe name: Sugar Donuts w/out Yeast  Preparation time: 1 hour  Cooking time: 2-3  minutes  per batch If you're the type of person who doesn't like the taste of yeast in your donuts, this donut recipe will be a good option for you. Maja Blanca

Maja Blanca is a traditional Filipino dessert which is cooked originally with " gata" or what we call coconut milk in English. Gata is extracted from coconut meat and the milk extracted is use for the Maja Blanca with gata. But in this recipe gata will not be use, instead all purpose cream  will be use as substitute ingredient.  This dessert recipe is very easy to make and yet can truly satisfy your sugar cravings. Recipe:  Chocolate Cake Preparation time: 10minutes minutes Cooking time:1 hour and 10 minutes Ingredients: 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1/2  tbsp white vinegar 1 tsp vanilla essence 1 cup hot water 1 cup white sugar 1 cup all purpose flour 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 cup cocoa powder 1/2 cup full cream milk 1/2  tsp salt 1/2 tsp coffee powder Combine white sugar with a cup hot water. Add  vegetable oil, and white vinegar. Mix them all together until sugar is dissolved. In separate bowl combine all purpose flour with baking soda, cocoa powder, powdered milk, salt  and instant coffee powder. Sift all the dry ingredients before mixing. Leche Flan

Leche Flan is very easy to prepare and cook. It has only 3 main ingredients milk, sugar and of course eggs. It's very sweet in taste and it melts in the mouth when you eat it. It resembles to  the Japanese version "egg pudding" but with different ingredients. Vanilla Sponge Cake Ingredients 20g vegetable oil 16g milk( fresh milk or ordinary milk) 5g vanilla extract 120 g egg white 80g egg yolk 100g sugar 80g flour Pinch of Salt Butter Tools: Mixer Parchment paper  Medium height round pan Procedures:  For milk mixture: 1. Add twenty (20) grams vegetable oil plus sixteen (16) grams milk. 2. Add five (5) grams vanilla extract For egg mixture: 3. Wish one hundred twenty (120) grams egg white. 4. Add one hundred (100) grams sugar, wisk. 5. Add eighty (80) grams egg yolk, wisk. 6. Add  eighty (80) grams flour and pinch of salt. 7.  Wisk and mix well. 8. Mix the egg mixture and the milk mixture. 9. Grease the pan with butter and add parchment paper into it. 10. Put the mixture in the pan. 11. Cook for atleast  forty five (45) minutes in low fire. 12.Turn upside down and heat it for another 10 mins. 13. Remove parchment paper and slice. 14. Ready to serve
