Ingredients:
1&1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1tbsp cocoa powder
1/8 tsp of salt
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg

Procedure:
1. Mix 1 and 1/4 cup of all purpose flour, 1/2 tsp baking soda , 1/8 tsp salt and 1 tbsp of cocoa powder in a medium sized bowl. Mix well.
2. Mix butter or margarine with 1 cup brown sugar,mix or beat well until mixture is smooth.
3. Beat one egg and fold to the sugar-butter mixture.
4. Add vanilla essence.
5. Incorporate the flour mixture by batch.
6. Add the chocolate chunks into the dough and mix to incorporate well.
7. Greased pan with oil or butter.
8. Preheat for 5 minutes in low heat.
9 Scoop 1 1tbsp of cookie dough and shape it spherically or round.
