No-Oven Baked Cookies

Cookies has always been a favorite snack for kids and people who believes that eating sweets can give them a sense of pleasure. This recipe is made for people who wants to bake cookies at home but personally don't own a conventional oven.
Yes, what you've read is right, you can make your own cookies at home without using an oven, or should we call it as "no bake cookies."
You can use a pan as an alternative cooking tool to bake your cookies. Follow the step by step process below and start making your own cookies.


Ingredients:

1&1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1tbsp cocoa powder
1/8 tsp of salt
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
50grams softened butter/margarine
1/2 cup of cube sliced  premium chocolate bar ( Dutche')
1 tsp vanilla essence
chocolate chips for toppings (optional)

 Procedure:
1. Mix 1 and 1/4 cup of all purpose flour, 1/2 tsp baking soda , 1/8 tsp salt  and 1 tbsp of cocoa powder in a medium sized bowl. Mix well.
2. Mix butter or margarine with 1 cup brown sugar,mix or  beat well until mixture is smooth.
3. Beat one egg and fold to the sugar-butter mixture.
4. Add vanilla essence.
5. Incorporate the flour mixture by batch.
6. Add the chocolate chunks into the dough and mix to incorporate well.
7. Greased pan with oil or butter.
8. Preheat for 5 minutes in low heat.
9 Scoop 1 1tbsp of cookie dough and shape it spherically or round. 
10. Flatten the spherical cookie dough in the pan.
9. Add  chocolate chips as toppings.(optional)
12. Cover and cook over low heat for 15-18  minutes.
13. Cool for 5 minutes and then transfer cookies into the wire rack and cool completely
