Ingredients
1 medium size onion(minced)
2 pieces garlic (minced)
1/4 small size squash(minced)
1 small size carrots(minced)
1/2 tbsp ground black pepper
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup flour
1 egg (binder)
1 can drained sardines
Preparation time: 10-15 minutes
Cooking time: 4-5 minutes
Total time: 20 minutes
Total serving: 8 pieces of patties
Cooking instructions:
Mixed the ingredients together in a bowl, starting with 1/4 small size squash(minced). Next add 1 small size carrots(minced). Add minced onion (1 medium size) and minced garlic (2 pieces). Add 1/2 small cup cornstarch and 1/2 small cup flour. Add one egg as binder and 1 can of drained sardines. And finally, add 1/3 tbsp ground black pepper and 1/2 tbsp salt. Mixed all together well to make sure the taste is uniform. Preheat vegetable oil for 3 minutes. Fry the raw mixture , use a spoon and form a Patty-like shape which is supposed to be round and flat. Fry each side of the patties for 3-4 minutes. Serve with ketchup or gravy as dip.
This amount of ingredients can make 8 patties.
