No Yeast Donuts

Recipe name: Sugar Donuts w/out Yeast  Preparation time: 1 hour  Cooking time: 2-3  minutes  per batch If you're the type of person who doesn't like the taste of yeast in your donuts, this donut recipe will be a good option for you. Banana Loaf Bread

 

Recipe: Banana Loaf Cake
Preparation time:  15 mins
Cooking time: 45 minutes per batch
Total Yield: 1 - 8*3 inches loaf  banana bread 

Eating banana in the morning is a healthy way to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Since banana is very nutritious because it contains many vitamins and nutrients. And it's so easy to add them to your diet by incorporating them to your foods. And baking  banana bread is the most common way to do it.




Ingredients:
4pcs banana
2 medium size eggs
10 grams dry cranberries or raisins
10 grams cashew nuts) /almond nuts/wallnuts ( optional)
1/2 cup melted butter
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cup  all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon powder

Tools needed:
Parchment paper(optional)
Aluminum Loaf container (8cm*3cm)
Cooling rack
Steamer/Oven

Procedure:

For wet ingredients together.
1. Mash four (4 ) pieces ripe bananas in a bowl.
2. Beat well two (2) medium size eggs in a separate medium sized bowl.
3. Add 1/2 cup melted butter, mix well.
4. Add 2/3 cup brown sugar. Beat well until all of the sugar are dissolved.
Dry ingredients:
5. Add one and a half(1 1/2) cup of all purpose flour  in a medium sized bowl.
6. Add one (1) tsp of baking powder, half(1/2) tsp baking soda and one (1) tsp cinnamon powder. Mixed well.
7. Combine wet ingredients with the dry ingredients. Mix well until no lumps are visible but do not over mix.
8. Greased pan with butter. Put parchment paper in the loaf container (optional).
9. Transfer the banana mixture in the loaf
container.
10. Add  mixin nuts and raisins as toppings (optional)

For steam baking:
11. Preheat the steamer until the water boils.
12. Place the pan molder inside the steamer  and cover.
13. Cook for atleast five (45) minutes in high heat flame.
14. After 45 minutes, cool the pan in a cooling rack before removing the finished product from the loaf container.
15. Remove the parchment paper and slice.
16. Ready to serve.

For Oven baking:
Preheat oven with 200°C temperature. Oven baked the banana bread for 20-35 minutes.
