Recipe: FUDGY BROWNIES
Preparation time: 8-10minutes
Cooking time: 35-45 minutes
Ingredients:
200 grams bittersweet chocolate
1 stick of unsalted butter
1 1/2cup white or brown sugar
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa
3 medium eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp coffee (optional)
½ cup+2tbsp cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
Mix-ins (chocolate chips/ roasted nuts)
Procedure:
Preheat oven to 350deg F or 180degC. Line a 8x8 aluminum pan molder with parchment paper. Melt chocolate in an improvised double boiler. In a separate large mixing bowl, pour melted butter. Whisk in sugar by hand until smooth. Add eggs, beat 1 egg at a time, add vanilla extract and whisk. Melt chocolate in an improvised double boiler. Whisk in melted chocolate until combined and smooth. Use a rubber spatula to stir in flour, cocoa powder, salt and coffee until just combined. Stir in the chocolate chips or roasted nuts or whatever mix-ins you want to add. Mix it or make it as toppings.
Pour the batter into prepared pan and smooth out. Bake in preheated oven for 35-45 minutes. Let it cool in a pan for 30 mins before slicing.

Preheat pan for 5 minutes, set into low heat and pan bake for 35-45 minutes.
