No Yeast Donuts

Recipe name: Sugar Donuts w/out Yeast  Preparation time: 1 hour  Cooking time: 2-3  minutes  per batch If you're the type of person who doesn't like the taste of yeast in your donuts, this donut recipe will be a good option for you. Ingredients: 4 cups all purpose flour 3/4 cup powdered sugar 4 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup milk powder  Water for buttermilk solution 1 tbsp white vinegar 2 eggs 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1 tbsp vanilla essence Procedure:   Preparation of liquid ingredients: To make an alternative for buttermilk, add milk powder in a 1 cup then volume up with water until it's full. Mix well the milk solution. Add white vinegar, mix and set aside. Wait for the vinegar and the milk solution to react. In a separate bowl, beat two eggs until smooth. Leche Flan

Leche Flan is very easy to prepare and cook. It has only 3 main ingredients milk, sugar and of course eggs. It's very sweet in taste and it melts in the mouth when you eat it. It resembles to  the Japanese version "egg pudding" but with different ingredients. Recipe: Leche Flan Preparation time:10-25 minutes Cooking time: 30-35 minutes Total output: 1 lanyera of leche  flan Ingredients: 10eggs 1 can condensed milk 1cup white sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup fresh milk or evaporated milk Procedure: Separate egg yolks from  the egg whites using your hands or any improvised equipment you can use to separate them. Beat the egg yolks using whisker untill it become smooth. Add the liquid ingredients, add 1 can of condensed milk and 1 cup of fresh milk or evaporated milk. Mix it thoroughly untill the color is smooth and uniform. Also add 1 tsp vanilla essence to add a sweet aroma to our leche flan. Gravy, Fish ball and Siopao Sauce

Just sharing these sauce recipes with you guys. I hope you like it when you try making  them in your own at home. Here are the procedures on how to make your own Jollibee style gravy, fish ball or kikiam sauce and your favorite siopao sauce. Enjoy these sauce recipes. Recipe: Jollibee Style Gravy Preparation  and cooking time: 10-13 minutes Ingredients: 1 small onion(minced) 1 clove garlic(minced) 360ml beef stock/ broth 150 ml whole milk / any milk 1/4 tsp ground black pepper  3 tbsp flour Pinch of salt Pinch of white ground pepper Procedure: Add 360ml of beef stock or beef broth in a sauce pan. In here I used 1 cube of knorr beef cubes dissolved in 360 ml of water.  Add 1/2 cup whole milk, minced onions and garlic, 1/4 tsp ground black pepper and pinch of ground white pepper. Bring to boil in a medium heat. When it's boiling add  3 tbsp of flour and 1 tsp soysauce. Stir and let it simmer while boiling. Stir continuously to dissolve the flour and improve it's consiste

Chicken Barbecue in a Pan

Chicken Barbecue is commonly cook by roasting the chicken in  a grill with a direct fire or heat from burned charcoals. In this recipe the chicken will be cook using just a pan. The output and the taste will be the same as the grilled  version of this chicken barbecue recipe. Recipe: Chicken Barbecue in a Pan Preparation time: 5 minutes Cooking time: 36-40minutes Total servings: 6-8 servings Ingredients: 1/2 tbsp ground black pepper 1/2 tbsp salt 5 tbsp brown sugar 3 tbsp fish sauce 3 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice extract 40ml soysauce 100ml banana ketchup 1/2 medium size onion (minced) 4 pcs garlic (minced) 5 tbsp oil 1/2 kilo chicken (chopped) minced red chilli(optional) First add chicken on a medium size deep pan. Add 40ml of soysauce, 5 tbsp of sugar and 3 tbsp of fish sauce. Next add 1/2 tbsp ground black pepper, 1/2 tbsp of iodized salt, 4 cloves  garlic(minced) and 1/2 medium size onion(minced). Chicken Mechado-Plain

Chicken mechado is the perfect meal for children who loves the taste of ketchup in their food. This meal is also like chicken Tinola and chicken adobo that is served by Filipinos during lunch or dinner. This is usually cook with a twist like adding extra hotdogs and bell peppers to make that unique taste. This recipe is adopted during the Spanish era the reason why it was named as chicken "mechado". Mechado from the Spanish word "mecha"  which means wick or a beef stew in tomato sauce with pork strips.  Though it was named after that  Spanish word, the recipe is originally invented by Filipinos in the past. Chicken Tinola

Chicken Tinola is also one of the most favorite Filipino meal of all time. People love this meal because of it's chicken broth that is gingery in taste. This meal can be cook using different vegetables as ingredients. Vegetables that can be use for this recipe are malungay, pechay,papaya, sayote and chilli leaves. It is best to combine malunggay leaves and papaya, malunggay and sayote, sayote and  chilli leaves, papaya and  chilli leaves or even pechay alone. Paskiw na Tilapia with Fried Tilapia

Recipe: Paksiw na Tilapia with Fried Tilapia Total cooking time: 20 minutes Total serving: 2-4 servings Tilapia is the famous fish use for Filipino meals. It's is best for "paksiw"  and bangus is best for "sinigang". Many people are confused with how they are cooked. Sweet Style Plain Spaghetti with cheese

Filipino spaghetti style is known to be sweeter and cheesier. Unlike italian spaghetti which is a bit sour in taste because mostly the main ingredient for the sauce are tomatoes.      Chicken Adobo is the most famous Filipino meal known by other people around the world. Chicken Arroz Caldo

  Chicken arroz caldo also called "kaning lugaw" in Tagalog or "rice porridge" in English.  It is a budget friendly meal where it is one of the basic meals served during the feeding programs for the poor and homeless people. Escabeche- Plain

   Escabeche is  an  adopted meal  from the Spanish culture because  Philippines was influenced by the Spaniards for 333 years long before the Philippines became independent from the Spanish colony. Escabeche is  a meal that is common in Spain and Portugal,  it   is a meal where fish is marinaded using vinegar and spices and is being fried.
