Recipe: Chocolate Syrup
Total cooking time: 8 minutes
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
6 tbsp cocoa
Procedure:
First add 1 cup water in a medium size sauce pan. Set the burner into medium to high heat. Add 1 cup of sugar, mix thoroughly to dissolve all the sugar. Add 6 tbsp full of unsweetened cocoa. Mix thoroughly untill it's desired consistency. Total heating time 6-8 minutes.

Ingredients:
2tbsp powdered milk
60ml water
5 tbsp brown/white sugar
Procedure:
Combine powdered milk and 60ml water in a cup to dissolve all the milk. Combine sugar and the milk mixture in a pan and bring to boil. Set to high heat for 3 minutes and medium heat for 2 minutes. Cool for at least 5 minutes in room temperature to wait for the consistency of the condense milk to develop. And it's ready to serve.

2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk/fresh milk
1/4 cup water
1 tsp vanilla essence
Procedure:
Combine 1/2 cup sugar with 1/4 cup water and 1/2 cup cream or milk. Set into medium heat and mix thoroughly to dissolve the sugar.Add 2 tbsp of butter, butter is important to make the taste more like caramel and also add 1 tsp of vanilla essence to improve it's smell. Wait untill the syrup thickens up.
