First add chicken on a medium size deep pan. Add 40ml of soysauce, 5 tbsp of sugar and 3 tbsp of fish sauce. Next add 1/2 tbsp ground black pepper, 1/2 tbsp of iodized salt, 4 cloves garlic(minced) and 1/2 medium size onion(minced). Mixed it well, then set burner into low fire. Cook and cover the chicken for 5 minutes and another 5 minutes when you turn to the chicken on the other side. We need to slow cook the chicken in order for it to absorbed the flavors that coming out from the spices as well as the sweetness of the sugar added to it. After 10minutes add 100ml of banana ketchup or if you have spicy ketchup it's much better. Cook while covered, 3 minutes on each side of the chicken. After slow cooking, separate the chicken in another container and set aside the sauce. In a pan, add 5 tbsp of cooking oil or you can add more if like to easily fry the chicken. Fry the chicken for 5 minutes and another 5 minutes on the other side, in a low fire until the chicken turned golden brown. After frying remove all the oil because we don't want our chicken to be greasy. Add the sauce in the chicken and add 3 tbsp of vinegar, or 3 tbsp of lemon. Cook in a low fire, 5 minutes on each side of the chicken. And finally it's ready to serve.
