Recipe: Jollibee Style Gravy
Preparation and cooking time: 10-13 minutes
Ingredients:
1 small onion(minced)
1 clove garlic(minced)
360ml beef stock/ broth
150 ml whole milk / any milk
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
3 tbsp flour
Pinch of salt
Pinch of white ground pepper
Procedure:
Add 360ml of beef stock or beef broth in a sauce pan. In here I used 1 cube of knorr beef cubes dissolved in 360 ml of water. Add 1/2 cup whole milk, minced onions and garlic, 1/4 tsp ground black pepper and pinch of ground white pepper. Bring to boil in a medium heat. When it's boiling add 3 tbsp of flour and 1 tsp soysauce. Stir and let it simmer while boiling. Stir continuously to dissolve the flour and improve it's consistency. And that's it, no need to add salt. Strain the sauce while transferring into a bowl. Set aside and let it cool for few minutes and see how it thickens well as a real chicken gravy that you see or taste somewhere else like in Jollibee.

Recipe: Sweet Style Fish ball sauce
Procedure:
Add 4 cups of water (120ml each cup) in a sauce pan or any pan. Add 1 cup of brown sugar, use the same cup for water. Add minced small onion and 2 cloves of garlic then add 3 tbsp of cornstarch. Add 4 tbsp of soysauce and 1/2 tbsp of ground black pepper. Bring to boil for at least 15 minutes in a medium to high heat. Stir or whisk while boiling to dissolve the cornstarch and to improve the consistency. Add 1 tbsp of fish sauce. You can also add chilli's on it to make it more spicy if you want or 2 tbsp of white vinegar if like it sour. But this is a sweet style so adding chilli and vinegar is optional. And when the sauce thickens then it's ready to serve.
